All of our ring sizes are listed in US ring size standards.

For our 24kt gold on sterling silver items (vermeil), please keep your jewelry away from water, perfumes, and abrasives as much as possible. These pieces are ideal for occasional wear to keep the plating looking new. Our warranty offers a one-time free 24kt gold re-plating after owning our items for longer than two years.

10kt/14kt/18kt Gold

All of our solid gold items can be worn at all times and is meant to last a lifetime. You can expose it to water without any worry. Due to solid gold being more malleable than other metals, please treat your items with care nonetheless. Please avoid exposing your pieces to harsh chemicals such as cleaning agents. Solid gold only requires the occasional polishing after years of use to keep it looking brand new. 

Sterling Silver

Similar to our solid gold pieces, sterling silver is a solid metal and as such requires less care. Sterling silver is a durable material that can be worn at all times. Over time, your piece may darken as it is exposed to environmental agents but a soft jewelry polishing cloth will brighten your piece back to normal. Please avoid exposing your pieces to harsh chemicals such as cleaning agents.

Our pieces are meant to last. In an effort to promote sustainability and stay true to our commitment to long-lasting jewelry, we offer a warranty that applies after two years from the day when you purchased our jewelry. Two years can be the amount of time well-loved jewelry may lose some of its original luster.

This one-time warranty applies to all of our products. All you'd need to do is ship it back to us anytime after the two year mark.

For our 24kt gold vermeil jewelry, this means we will re-plate your ring with a fresh later of 24kt gold and polish your piece.

For our sterling silver or pure gold jewelry, this means we will re-polish your piece to make it look brand new.

We currently ship to Canada or the US for free with tracking through Canada Post. We also ship to several EU or Schengen countries, please see checkout for shipping cost. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duties (which usually apply to orders above $800 USD in the USA), so please plan purchases accordingly if you reside internationally.
