Shipping

Currently, we ship for free to the USA and Canada. We also offer shipping to several other countries (including EU countries, Schengen zone, the United Kingdom, India, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand), however free shipping is not guaranteed for these countries.

All of our packages are tracked. We are not responsible for any customs or duties for those internationally outside of Canada.

Returns and Cancellations

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item so long as the item is not custom made. You will have to ship back your item at your own cost with tracking, and once we receive it we will immediately issue a full refund given the items are in their original quality.

We also accept cancellations and adjustments to your order so long as it is done before the dispatch date for our sterling silver and 24kt vermeil items.

However, we do not accept cancellations for our solid gold items, if you change your mind, we still accept returns.
